RMLS™ Note:

-February 20: On Monday, February 20th – Presidents Day, all RMLS™ offices will be closed, however Help Desk will remain available though normal channels.

Events around the region:

-February 1: Oregon Association of Realtors® hosts a webinar called Issues in Newer Homes from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM for one credit hour.

-February 13: Portland Metropolitan Assocation of REALTORS® presents the “Capture More Buyers with Video and Photo: Tips from Experts” at 11:30 am. For information and to register, click here.

-February 29: W & R studios is presenting two FREE iPad and Cloud CMA workshops at the RMLS™ Portland office. To register, click here.

When comparing the week of January 16 – January 22 with the week prior, the number of times an RMLS™ subscriber opened a Supra lockbox decreased 5.9% in Washington and 6.5% in Oregon.
